Location did good dental work. Horrible with in service insurance. I made to to enforce to them to only do work covered by insurance. The first bill I did not pay for exam or scans. I then was billed next visit of deductible which was not told to me prior being on a fixed income at the time. I had to borrow money to fix the total. The technician also gave me a bill that I signed in which when brought up front the lady advised me the bill was wrong and I had to pay significantly more. I highly recommend Dr ******* from Great Expressions *********************. He's a gifted, oral surgeon and I have been going to that office since 2007.I find the entire office to be well managed. Whatever the dental problem could be, it would be a great decision to put yourself in their hands..***** *******

I went to have something done to replace a broken bridge . We decided on having a flipper made. When I got the flipper it fit great. At the end of two months a tooth fell of the flipper, they glued the tooth back on came home had dinner the tooth fell off, Next day went back to the dentist, they had another flipper made took about two weeks, That day we had to do adjustments to the flipper, I went back several times to have the flipper adjusted, it never fit right. Had a terrible experience during the October and November months of this year, 2025! Extremely aggressive with teeth fillings, had to go back for an emergency appointment because ********* didn't fill the tooth correctly to the gum line. Then once attempted to be corrected, it resulted in him overfilling the tooth to the point the side of the tooth cracked all the way down and then the pulp of the nerve was exposed. Do not trust Dr. ****** or her office! Just look at their BBB reviews. They come off nice and friendly and then try to sell you on a plan. Dr. ****** would stand in the corner along with her rude and unwelcoming assistant and listen to the receptionist trying to sell you on their plan and if you say no to their plans, they will give you a lower amount. And then your insurance wont pay for it and theyll have all the excuses in the world.. Dr. ****** would even tell you how you wont need this after that knowing you will need s... read more

Great Expressions Dental in Long Branch has been extremely unreliable. On three separate occasions, I received text messages confirming my appointment, and in at least one instance also received a phone call confirming. Each time, I arrived at the office as scheduled only to find the door locked and no staff present.When I asked for an explanation, I was told that the office does not currently have a dentist and is in the process of hiring a new one. I have WORST experience when fixing billing with this office, no call, no action taken, I keep following up and leaving voicemails. They have over charged me on multiple occasions and now not making an effort to fix it, result of their mistake is my FSA card is suspended and I am not longer able to use my FSA benefits. WORST customer service EVER. I will not be recommending these people to anyone or give any more business.

**************** is lacking. I often left messages that weren't returned. I was sent by my dentist to see an endodontist. My insurance sent me to Great Expressions. The endodontist was there once a week, which wasn't a problem. I found her to be very professional. She took an x-ray and recommended that I come back in three months, which I did.
