I have never had a worst experience. Ever in my entire life at a dental office. I went to great expressions location as a new patient for the first time. The appointment was to be for intake as well as cleaning. When I got there, I was ushered into a room and told the cost. I had to correct them because they had not included my insurance info for the cost. They went back to fix the cost. When they came back, they took for to another room for xrays. We waited about fifteen minutes while they played with the computer system ... read more
I was having a difficult time and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and beyond compassionate. The made a stressful dental appointment turn into a successful appointment. The surgeon was the same way assuring I was in safe and experienced hands. I would advise anyone with serious dental concerns to give them a call. I will return for all of my dental needs.
I am pleased to post this review for Dental Expression in Palican. I went for my teeth cleaning and Fanny the wonderful dental hygienist took care of me very well. She was awesome. Friendly courteous and detailed explain what she was working on. My teeth look like a million bucks after she was done with it. Thank you Fanny for the great job.
They provide competent dental service but do not care if you are having a dental emergency. I have been a patient for years and twice I have needed to see them for an emergency and I was told not to come in because they were all booked. The first time they said they would not even call their other offices and could not help me. The second time the girl on the phone asked me whose appointment she should cancel to fit me in! As someone who is terrified of the dentist and who had a major meltdown at the office, I can say with full confidence that the dentists, surgeons and staff at Great Expressions pelican preserve are amazing. They had to fix a screw up from another dentist and remove implants. I was in hysterics, the nurses fanned me down, the surgeon wiped my tears.
