I have never had a worst experience. Ever in my entire life at a dental office. I went to great expressions location as a new patient for the first time. The appointment was to be for intake as well as cleaning. When I got there, I was ushered into a room and told the cost. I had to correct them because they had not included my insurance info for the cost. They went back to fix the cost. When they came back, they took for to another room for xrays. I am pleased to post this review for Dental Expression in Palican. I went for my teeth cleaning and Fanny the wonderful dental hygienist took care of me very well. She was awesome. Friendly courteous and detailed explain what she was working on. My teeth look like a million bucks after she was done with it. Thank you Fanny for the great job.
I had a a very positive experience at Great Expressions from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. The whole staff was professional with a personal. I would recommend Great Expressions to any one who needs a dentist or dental work done..
They provide competent dental service but do not care if you are having a dental emergency. I have been a patient for years and twice I have needed to see them for an emergency and I was told not to come in because they were all booked. The first time they said they would not even call their other offices and could not help me. The second time the girl on the phone asked me whose appointment she should cancel to fit me in! This is hands down the worst dental clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. I got a ceramic crown and implant from Rosmery Mendoza at Great Expressions, and both were a total disaster. The implant was so poorly done that food got stuck every single meal—it was unbearable. I complained multiple times, but they brushed me off with “That’s normal for implants,” which is nonsense.
