If i could do zero stars i would I have been trying to book as a new patient since the beginning of the year I had an appointment set for June 16 at 3 PM, i set this appointment back in April only to get a notification that my appointment was being changed to 2:10 PM. They are very unprofessional. The communication skills are off. At this point, don’t wanna go to this office zero out of 10 do better!!!! Very unprofessional

I had to cancel my appointment due to personal reasons and was told their policy with new patients were “if you schedule then cancel you can’t book again” Like huh? That doesn’t even make sense. The lady I talked to about canceling didn’t even mention it and I clearly STATED to her that I was going to call back and reschedule once I got everything situated so why didn’t she inform me then? Things happen and if someone can’t make it their appointment, they shouldn’t be banned from booking especially if it was their first time... read more

I was greeted with a smile and two very people friendly ladies. They got me hooked up with the $139.99 for two years insurance which will help me greatly. I'm on Medicare and United Health Care which doesn't cover dental. Everyone was very friendly and nice, I felt like I'd been going to this office for years.

Very thorough. I had a lot of questions who’s was explain in plain English ( not technical terms) Lol . Employees are very personable and friendly. Service was good.
