I have been to Roseville GP a few times now and I've had great a great experience. Dr. Kambo is passionate about what he does and is very dedicated to his craft. He helped with my new crowns, and has made sure that I was educated about my teeth throughout the process and happy with the outcome. The dental assistants and hygienists are also kind and helped make my experience great. Also shout out to the ladies up front who helped with my paperwork, billing, and insurance!! This establishment has changed. What used to be a very pleasant overall experience is not. The dentist seems very unsure and nervous at one point stated I don’t know, don’t ask me, in regards to questions I had regarding my care. He also stated he doesn’t know when asked a question. I won’t be taking my business there.
They were so unbelievably kind to me and my daughter. So very patient and understanding. Thank you for taking care of my daughter and I will definitely be returning.
I had to cancel my appointment due to personal reasons and was told their policy with new patients were “if you schedule then cancel you can’t book again” Like huh? That doesn’t even make sense. The lady I talked to about canceling didn’t even mention it and I clearly STATED to her that I was going to call back and reschedule once I got everything situated so why didn’t she inform me then? Things happen and if someone can’t make it their appointment, they shouldn’t be banned from booking especially if it was their first time... read more
Dr. KAMBO abd his staff were amazing. I am always extremely nervous when I go to the dentist. This is my first dentist office since moving to Michigan. I felt pretty relaxed because the staff was very inviting and made you feel relaxed. My first visit was a cleaning amd today was removing crown and preparation for a new one.
