I had to cancel my appointment due to personal reasons and was told their policy with new patients were “if you schedule then cancel you can’t book again” Like huh? That doesn’t even make sense. The lady I talked to about canceling didn’t even mention it and I clearly STATED to her that I was going to call back and reschedule once I got everything situated so why didn’t she inform me then? I was greeted with a smile and two very people friendly ladies. They got me hooked up with the $139.99 for two years insurance which will help me greatly. I'm on Medicare and United Health Care which doesn't cover dental. Everyone was very friendly and nice, I felt like I'd been going to this office for years.
If i could do zero stars i would I have been trying to book as a new patient since the beginning of the year I had an appointment set for June 16 at 3 PM, i set this appointment back in April only to get a notification that my appointment was being changed to 2:10 PM. They are very unprofessional. The communication skills are off. At this point, don’t wanna go to this office zero out of 10 do better!!!! Very unprofessional
Dr. KAMBO abd his staff were amazing. I am always extremely nervous when I go to the dentist. This is my first dentist office since moving to Michigan. I felt pretty relaxed because the staff was very inviting and made you feel relaxed. My first visit was a cleaning amd today was removing crown and preparation for a new one. Very thorough. I had a lot of questions who’s was explain in plain English ( not technical terms) Lol . Employees are very personable and friendly. Service was good.
