My first time using the service. It is a dentist office and my experience was reasonable satisfaction. I was greeted by a nice receptionist, Dr Patel was warm and friendly with a good and caring attitude. The assistant, sorry that I don't remember your name, but thank you so very much, you went over and above. I love this dentist office, the best that I have ever had, a little expensive, but it is a dentist office. I give you a four rating.

First visit was a 10/10. I’ve been complaining for two years (to other dentist) that I believe residue from my braces was left on my teeth. The doctor here noticed immediately, I didn’t even have to mention it. Second visit was 7/10. Efficient but took longer than I think it should have. I left to the restroom for 5 minutes, and she decided to start on another patient directly across the hall. So my appointment didn’t officially start until an hour after I checked in. My appointments have always stayed on schedule. The staff is warm and professional. My dental hygienist is so gentle, I nearly fell asleep. Everyone is helpful, and I highly recommend Great Expressions on Holcomb Bridge Road.

I went to the Holcomb Bridge location for a regular 6 month cleaning. I usually go to my family dentist in Acworth but because I changed job location I changed dentist because I used to go to the dentist on my lunch break. So I’m a new patient but not new to dental care. This practice took X-rays which I expected but then proceeded to measure my teeth to perform a deep cleaning which would’ve been $251 out of pocket after insurance. Everyone here is nice and understanding. I had to fight a little bit with my insurance company. For a bridge. They’re a little behind the times and only cover some of the older materials. But the dentist accommodated and treated me so well.
