Dr. Matt Russo is amazing! My son had teo new cavities and an old one that needed to be replaced. He was so careful and made sure my son was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. At the end we decided to pull a larger baby tooth from the back and he was so easy and gentle! Wonderful to work with. Showed me everything through the process and the finished piece! Highly recommend Dr. Karen Pettit and her team! My 7 year old daughter had cavities that were bothering her and they saw her this morning for a re-evaluation, and because of her pain got her in the same afternoon to give her relief. They talked her through every part, explained everything as they went, were so tender and loving. Dr. Pettit has magic hands because my daughter didn’t even feel the needle or drilling. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this office, particularly regarding the handling of my 4-year-old daughter’s dental care as a cardiac patient. During our appointment, we specifically discussed that my daughter needed to have cavities treated under sedation and that, because she is a cardiac patient with a scheduled heart surgery this summer, the dental procedure needed to be performed through a hospital-based dental program capable of handling medically complex pediatric patients. Had an unpleasant experience with PC Joann. When speaking with her, she’s very short and rude to concerned parents. I was cut off in the middle of expressing my concerns for her to ask “what’s your child’s name again?” After I had already given this information. Joann was very rude and unprofessional during the entire phone call and gives the parent the impression that she does not feeling like being bothered. If I can give them a negative 5 I would!! DO NOTTTTT GO TO ANY OF THEIR OFFICES!!! Great Expressions billed my child’s insurance for a service that was never performed. We had multiple failed appointments here due to office errors, wasted days trying to get this handled, and ultimately had to go elsewhere to get the actual work done.
