Very disappointed with Great Expressions Dental. This is not the first time they have rescheduled my daughter’s appointment at the last minute. Today, when I arrived, they told me they had called me. I received no voicemail, no text message, no missed call. Because of this, my daughter missed school for nothing. This is a waste of time, effort, and planning, especially for parents. I absolutely regret ever going to this dental clinic!! And recommend NO ONE TO EVER GO HERE! I showed up today with my son because one of his fillings came out that they put in and the dentist flat out, accused me of not brushing his teeth when I brush my son‘s teeth twice a day and floss twice a day. I tried to explain it and she got really nasty and refused treatment, even though he’s in EXTREME PAIN! refused to do the filling because she thinks that I don’t brush my son‘s teeth! This was the second horrible experience we’ve had at Great Expressions. The first time I took my son there three years ago, we actually had a good experience. He received a cleaning and the assistant who did it was wonderful, patient, and very professional. Six months ago, we had a terrible experience with Dr. Lee, and I guess it was partly my fault for deciding to give this “doctor” another chance today. She treated my son horribly. We brought my son (Davydov Dmytro) to this office after being clearly told at a previous visit that he would be getting a bite plate. The doctor even showed it to us on the screen. At today’s appointment, no one told us that the treatment plan had changed. We fully believed we were coming in for a simple impression so the bite plate could be made. We’ve been going to great expressions since my daughter was 2 years old, she’s 9 and just finished her first year of braces and we couldn’t recommend them more, they’re clean, accommodating and so kind! Dr Matt and Kevin were amazing and my daughter’s smile looks SO amazing she can’t stop looking in the mirror! Thank you guys so much for everything
