We are extremely disappointed with the care our 2-year-old received at this office. The attention to detail felt lacking, and preventative services did not seem to be provided or timed appropriately. Most concerning, the primary dentist never personally examined our daughter - her care was handled solely by younger assistants who didn’t seem very knowledgeable. This clinic is a mess horrible clinic even the staff and the office manager I would definitely not recommend anyone to take there kids here! And to add I sat on hold for fifteen minutes before hanging up because he or she never picked up the phone called and scheduled at a different location with better reviews because if the office manager doesn’t even care about the patient satisfaction that tells a lot about the establishment.

We’ve been going to great expressions since my daughter was 2 years old, she’s 9 and just finished her first year of braces and we couldn’t recommend them more, they’re clean, accommodating and so kind! Dr Matt and Kevin were amazing and my daughter’s smile looks SO amazing she can’t stop looking in the mirror! Thank you guys so much for everything

This was the second horrible experience we’ve had at Great Expressions. The first time I took my son there three years ago, we actually had a good experience. He received a cleaning and the assistant who did it was wonderful, patient, and very professional. Six months ago, we had a terrible experience with Dr. Lee, and I guess it was partly my fault for deciding to give this “doctor” another chance today. She treated my son horribly. I got my braces taken off about two years ago and had a great experience. I had to go back today because my bottom retainer broke in half (my fault). I called first thing in the morning, they said come right in and if I came back later around 4, they’d have it done same day. Great, amazing, no problem. But when I finished the impressions, they told me if I waited about 30 minutes they’d just get it done now. Um, AWESOME!
