A refreshing dental experience! Coming off the heels of some not-so-great dental experiences, I was “mentally prepped” for the worst case scenario. I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was so kind, polite, knowledgeable and just honestly friendly. The compassion shown here made Great Expressions really stand out. Also was really great to find someone who accepts Delta insurance! That was a big struggle for us.
I was referred by a co worker being new to the area and trying to establish care for myself, etc. But this is one office due too the rudeness, and nonchalantness of that front office staff I definitely will not be visiting again. And this is putting it the nice way. For those who love them kudos to you but the experience I had in the 30 mins I was there, this officer definitely isn’t for me. I have been a patient for over 3 years now. Attend your appointment at the scheduled time. 1-5 minutes wait time. The staff takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail necessary for maintaining good oral health and a beautiful smile. They ensure that you leave with a smile. And I am smiling 🙂. This dental office does an excellent job every time. The staff are very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone who may have anxieties about visiting the dentist as you will feel comfortable. I always leave feeling satisfied! 10/10 all around.
