I absolutely love the team! Everyone is always professional and courteous. I have never enjoyed or felt comfortable going to the dentist due to pain and I felt that most dentist were rude and nonchalant. Here they are empathetic and do all they can make sure I’m comfortable and little to no pain. I appreciate my individualized care plan and am happy to have been treated humanly! Thanks so much to the team! Keep up the good work.
They’ve quite literally STOLEN from me now twice in a year and charged my card without my consent. I asked for more information about an insurance plan they offer and they said they would call me the next day as the office manager was out for the day…. Instead of getting a call they just charged my card TWICE in a year for something I never agreed to!!!! Just got back from my first visit here and it was a great experience. I have some anxiety when it comes to doctors and dentists and everyone made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The receptionist, the hygienist Mira, and Doctor Louisa were all very nice. The office is very clean and the setup is comfortable for adults and children alike. The exam and cleaning was very thorough. I am very happy with this location and will certainly be returning here. Thank you!
Great visit with Mia the Dental hygienist and Dr. Southerland. Simper Fi! Another great visit with Dr. Southerland who is so nice and makes you feel at home. My visit with Donna the dental hygienist was great. She is very nice and a professional, but I was sad to learn that Dr. Sutherland was leaving. She will be missed.
Dr. Sutherland gave 5-star care and dentistry work. She’s detail oriented with amazing empathy and expertise. So blessed to have her work on my teeth. The office and support staff work as a great team as well.
