Extremely disappointing customer service experience at the Southfield Great Expressions location. I received a call from the office and called back to return it. What should have been a simple phone call turned into multiple calls, repeated requests for my first and last name even after I had clearly provided both, multiple disconnected calls, and difficulty getting a manager on the phone. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but when I say the staff here is AWESOME.. Lauren, Jessica and Dr. McCoy and one other young lady, don’t recall her name.. but everyone was perfect. Great customer service and communication throughout the entire process. My exam and preparation for crown to the end result.. perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Most definitely have me reconsidering my dental location. Had to find a new location since the Telegraph location closed. My experience wasn’t terrible but it could have been better. I loved that I got to see the same dental hygienist from the Telegraph location, she was great, as well as the Dentist. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment and still had to wait almost 30 min to be seen. The office itself seemed very busy and somewhat congested. The office layout was off, to me. I am very disappointed with the communication and handling of my emergency dental appointment today. I was booked the day before because I have been in significant pain and my filling had come out. I drove about 25 minutes to the office expecting that I was coming in for a filling, especially because when this happened previously, the office was able to replace it the next day. My 4-year-old daughter came to this office after a traumatic experience at another dentist. The staff and doctor were incredibly kind and helped her feel comfortable right away. She recently had a crown and extraction, and everything was explained clearly. As a parent, it was reassuring to feel supported throughout the process. Most importantly, my daughter is pain-free and had a positive experience. I highly recommend this office for your child’s dental care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
