Dr. Basam Shamo was truly incredible with my daughter. From the moment he walked in, he spoke to her with such kindness and patience, and made a situation that could have been scary feel calm and safe for her. He took the time to distract her from the “scary stuff,” explained things in a gentle, kid-friendly way, and constantly checked in to make sure she was comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience with my dental hygienist Jonnie! As someone who has some anxiety surrounding the dentist, she was extremely comforting and reassuring. I’ll be sure to ask for her when I come back. I also like how thorough and prompt the receptionists are.
Loved the staff! Extremely attentive, from the front desk to the dentist. I had so many questions most of which I felt silly asking but the Dental Assistant and the Dentist were wonderful, addressed all my concerns and did not make me feel silly for asking a lot of questions. Definitely recommend! This visit was for my child, the experience definitely was great and no one cried which is always a plus.
Dr. Shamo is a excellent dentist! My son has had a good experience with having dental work done here twice. Dr. Shamo and his staff are very patient and gentle with kids!! Your little ones are in good hands here.
Our visit yesterday with the pediatric team was amazing! Not only are they professional but also extremely patient with smaller children, I highly recommend anyone who has a little one who’s fairly new to the dentist to schedule here. Shout out to the hygienist Sam and Dr. Shamo.
