I was very pleased with everyone. They were polite and caring. When you get be my age sometimes people will talk down to you. There was none of that at all. They made sure I understood the process and about how we were going to achieve my having a healthy mouth. You have a great staff. You have made this senior citizen feel confident that I was going to be able to smile.
Great Expectations Dental Center Southgate is beyond great!!!! I have a fear of going to the dentist. I had a wonderful dentist in Chicago who always made sure my experience coming to his office was calming and fear free. He retired last year. I was seen here for an emergency appointment due to a very large filling breaking out of my back molar. Dr Fadel was so patient and kind both during the first appointment and my temp crown I received today. I am switching to her office for regular care due to the wonderful kindness and thorough interactions here ♥️
The experience there is great. However I don’t need an email, a text and then a phone call all confirming my appointment. And I don’t need, literally, 5 times pestering me about giving a review.
Got a bill after 2 years of service. Insurance refused to pay because services they provided were unnecessary. Basically my tooth could have been saved. And now I’m stuck with the bill. My husband had a similar experience. I wish we had gotten second opinions before going with their plan of care. I now go to a different dentist and they are not greedy at all.
