Great Expectations Dental Center Southgate is beyond great!!!! I have a fear of going to the dentist. I had a wonderful dentist in Chicago who always made sure my experience coming to his office was calming and fear free. He retired last year. I’ve always disliked going to the dentist, but this office has completely changed my perspective. The staff and Dr. Fadel are incredibly pleasant, making every visit as comfortable as possible. They genuinely care about their patients and create such a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re hesitant about seeing a dentist, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!
Will not go back after the dentist intentionally hit a nerve while injecting the medication. Felt like I was being electrocuted! They did not even apologize when I called to cancel my other appointments.
Got a bill after 2 years of service. Insurance refused to pay because services they provided were unnecessary. Basically my tooth could have been saved. And now I’m stuck with the bill. My husband had a similar experience. I wish we had gotten second opinions before going with their plan of care. I now go to a different dentist and they are not greedy at all.
Had my first appt at this location today. I’m guessing the associate was new because she didn’t know how to pull up a patient’s file… no big deal, we all learn sometime. There is zero privacy, everyone walking by and see you and you can hear every single thing happening in the stall next door. They are playing insanely loud pop music, like obnoxiously loud… I get wanting music while you work but this was weird and rather unprofessional.
