Went for an exam to see if I am able to get dentures. Staff were all very nice and the Dentist explained everything so that myself and my advocate could understand. Only issue is I am handicapped and they are on second floor, elevator was not working so I had to climb stairs and even harder go back down.
Fast and smooth! Needed a new dentist, found this practice via my insurance company website. Called yesterday, they were able to get me in today. Filled out all the paperwork online. Megan the hygienist was efficient and polite; Dr. Kass came in for her part, did the exam, discussed whatever needed to be discussed, I was in and out. There was zero pressure to do unnecessary procedures or upselling of any services. Really appreciate that part! Thank you!
Very disappointed in the way I was treated by this practice after years of going here. After a rough cleaning, my gums were extremely sore. I was nervous that something was wrong because they had been hurting for days so I asked them to see me. Not sure if this dentist was having a bad day, but she was short and defensive instead of helpful, making me feel like a nuisance and that I was trying to attack them. Very professional and accommodating practice. Today I had Meghan as my hygienist. She explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. Overall great experience.
