From the moment I walked the reception it was great. Receptionist was professional and Lea’s at and took me right away. The wait was minimal and was greeted by the technician and taken to exam room. Tech was extremely patient and professional, and immediately put me at ease with the process. Dr. Kass then conducted my checkup and was also professional and very explained what was going on, the next steps and what my additional options were. Overall was extremely impressed with the entire staff.
Fast and smooth! Needed a new dentist, found this practice via my insurance company website. Called yesterday, they were able to get me in today. Filled out all the paperwork online. Megan the hygienist was efficient and polite; Dr. Kass came in for her part, did the exam, discussed whatever needed to be discussed, I was in and out. There was zero pressure to do unnecessary procedures or upselling of any services. Really appreciate that part! Thank you!
Very disappointed in the way I was treated by this practice after years of going here. After a rough cleaning, my gums were extremely sore. I was nervous that something was wrong because they had been hurting for days so I asked them to see me. Not sure if this dentist was having a bad day, but she was short and defensive instead of helpful, making me feel like a nuisance and that I was trying to attack them. If I can give 0 stars I would. I used to love this place. Dr Kass's were Amazing! However. I went there for a broken tooth with no pain. Ended up seeing Arielle. Spent 2 hours in the chair, They changed the filling and prepped for a crown. I left with a poorly fit crown. The tooth got infected. I couldn't open my mouth right after this day. I called back that night but she didn't take calls on Friday nights or Saturday. Was in pain. So I went into the following week now in severe pain. The staff is friendly and kind. The office is clean and Dr Kass is the best! I love it here.
