I don’t normally do reviews, however I must for Great Expressions Suffern NY. I have been a patient there for many years. I have had everything from simple cleanings to implants and gum surgery. I can’t say enough about the staff including the receptionists, hygienist, dental assistants and of course my two favorite dentists Dr. Julia Kass and Dr Gregory Kass. They both are very competent, caring, calm, gentle and reassuring. Lastly the wait time has always been minimal. Give them a try!
The front desk office clerk name is Jusinya truly a sweetheart, greeting you with a bright smile and warm welcome. Fran the office mgr. doing an amazing job Keeping structure in running the the office seamlessly. I had an emergency where my implant crown fell off and Great Expressions was able to fit me in and fix it right away! The staff was great. I normally see Dr. Kass, but saw Dr Baez this time and liked her a lot! A+ A+ A+ A+
Best dentist in Rockland. Dr. Baez and her caring polite, and knowledgeable assistant are such a gentle and knowledgeable professionals. Will recommend them 100%. Thank you both and the friendly and polite administrative staff.
From the moment I walked the reception it was great. Receptionist was professional and Lea’s at and took me right away. The wait was minimal and was greeted by the technician and taken to exam room. Tech was extremely patient and professional, and immediately put me at ease with the process. Dr. Kass then conducted my checkup and was also professional and very explained what was going on, the next steps and what my additional options were. Overall was extremely impressed with the entire staff.
