The front desk office clerk name is Jusinya truly a sweetheart, greeting you with a bright smile and warm welcome. Fran the office mgr. doing an amazing job Keeping structure in running the the office seamlessly. This was my first time at this location, I was surprised to see my amazing dental hygienist Jessica, she was at the New City office. Went for an exam to see if I am able to get dentures. Staff were all very nice and the Dentist explained everything so that myself and my advocate could understand. Only issue is I am handicapped and they are on second floor, elevator was not working so I had to climb stairs and even harder go back down.

Very professional and accommodating practice. Today I had Meghan as my hygienist. She explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. Overall great experience.

I had an emergency where my implant crown fell off and Great Expressions was able to fit me in and fix it right away! The staff was great. I normally see Dr. Kass, but saw Dr Baez this time and liked her a lot! A+ A+ A+ A+

From the moment I walked the reception it was great. Receptionist was professional and Lea’s at and took me right away. The wait was minimal and was greeted by the technician and taken to exam room. Tech was extremely patient and professional, and immediately put me at ease with the process. Dr. Kass then conducted my checkup and was also professional and very explained what was going on, the next steps and what my additional options were. Overall was extremely impressed with the entire staff.
