The staff were all very polite and friendly. But there were 4 people scheduled at the same time with only 1 dentist. So after they took an ex-ray I waited 30 minutes for the dentist to tell me he didn't see anything wrong on ex-ray and was giving me a referral for endodontics. He didn't do any sort of exam or cleaning; and even though I was there because of pain radiating from jaw to my ear and eye socket he didn't offer any advice on management or prescribe any type of pain medication. I woke up with tooth and jaw pain. I called them right when they opened and they were able to get me in the same day. Dr smith is great. He’s very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front were very kind and patient. Great experience.
They are great! I’ve been going since I was in middle school and I will never leave, they’re my people! Friendly, welcoming, reassuring and accommodating! The two at the front desk are the sweetest and Dr smith is so laid back ! I recommend them to anyone who has fear of going to the dentist because as a team they make it as painless as possible. :)
Please please PLEASE get a second opinion. The dentist here is absolutely horrible. I had a mouth full of cavities and he told me my teeth were perfect. He also put filling between like 5 of my teeth and I was unable to brush my teeth or chew properly. And to top it all off, a tooth he was supposed to fill, he grinded the back of it til it was completely see-thru. I've literally POINTED OUT very obvious decay to this man...and I've told him a thousand times I needed my permanent retainer removed. I went to a new location and... read more
Very efficient friendly staff. The rooms are neat and clean! The dentist are very personable. I highly recommend this dentist location
