Receptionist should be more compassionate instead of hanging up aggressively when im trying to schedule for a time that is convenient for me. If you dont like your job, dont work there!!!!! Very rude.
I have asked 3 times for the x-rays without any result. This is not acceptable. The people are very nice but the pkace needs some updating looks old and not very appealing My main complain is the lack of follow up by allowing me to have my x-rays.
I had an excellent experience at the dentist today with Dr. Saroza and her team. Dr. Saroza and her assistant, Juliette, were absolutely amazing and very thorough throughout the entire process. Dr. Saroza took her time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Lorenzo did a fantastic job with my cleaning, and Desiree at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this dental office!
Terrible Experience at Great Expressions – Beware! I recently visited Great Expressions for a routine dental cleaning, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. From the start, I made it clear that I only wanted a regular cleaning. Since it was my first visit, I understood the need for an initial consultation and X-rays. WORST SERVICE EVER, THEY OFFERED MY PRIVATE ORTHODONCY, BROKE MY SON TOOTH WHILE PUTTING THE EXPANDER, NEVER TREATED HIEM AND CHANGED ME IN THE CREDITA CARD AND FINLLED IT ON THE INSURANCE!!! TWICED CHARGED FOR ABOVE THE AMOUNT AGREED IN CONTRACT IS A TOTAL FRAUD!!! ALSO MAID 3 EXTRACTIONS THAT WERE NOT NEEDED ACCORDING TO ANOTHER DENTIST ADVISE I HAD TO VISIT ON EMERGENCY!!! BE AWARE DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!!!
