This office is extremely rude and have 0 customer service. If they treat me this way before I’m even a patient I can’t imagine the hot mess it would be if I actually made an appointment. I called on 5/29/2026 at 4:06pm to schedule a new patient X-ray and cleaning. She advise it has to be 2 separate appointment. I asked her if I can do it on the same day! Dr. Goncalves has performed several oral surgeries on me. I have had exceptional, perfect and painless outcomes. She is a very caring professional with follow-up calls on days of surgery to insure all is well. I would recommend her to everyone in need of oral surgery. I will treat with her exclusively in the future.

Our family has used Great Expressions Gables for many, many years. The level of service is excellent. We have also used the orthodontist for the kids’ braces. The level of service is top notch. Affordable option for children orthodontics. Highly recommend!

The experience was great. The staff was very friendly and the doctor explained everything well. I thought I would try this place since it was close to my house and definitely didn’t disappoint.

I underwent dental surgery with Dr. Goncalves. She is the most patient and kind person. She admits to being a bit OCD, which is great for her patients, as she truly goes that extra mile to make sure her patients get the care they need…..and then some. As well, Margarita and all of the rest of the doctors, assistants and staff are all the best!!
