I had an excellent experience at the dentist today with Dr. Saroza and her team. Dr. Saroza and her assistant, Juliette, were absolutely amazing and very thorough throughout the entire process. Dr. Saroza took her time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Lorenzo did a fantastic job with my cleaning, and Desiree at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this dental office!
Terrible Experience at Great Expressions – Beware! I recently visited Great Expressions for a routine dental cleaning, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. From the start, I made it clear that I only wanted a regular cleaning. Since it was my first visit, I understood the need for an initial consultation and X-rays. Excellent experience with Dental Assistant, Dr. Rosa, and the Dental Hygienist, (He had the softest, and lightest touch of any dental professional I’ve ever encountered. Everything concerning my care, and the plans, was explained to me with also inquiring if I understood the plans of care, cost, and health insurance coverage submission. I am very pleased with the care, courtesy, and professional support provided by all of the staff.
Always a warm welcome when visiting Dr. Daisy Le Bona. She is very kind and considerate with a very fun and charismatic personality. She always makes me feel comfortable and I trust her implicitly when I’m in her care. I highly recommend.
Love this office. Not only is the dentist wonderful but all of the staff from the secretaries to the billing personnel are so incredibly professional and helpful. I’ve had to have major dental procedures in the last 3 months and every time it’s been a pleasure to walk in. Highly recommended.
