This office is extremely rude and have 0 customer service. If they treat me this way before I’m even a patient I can’t imagine the hot mess it would be if I actually made an appointment. I called on 5/29/2026 at 4:06pm to schedule a new patient X-ray and cleaning. She advise it has to be 2 separate appointment. I asked her if I can do it on the same day! I’d like to thank Dr Daisy Le Bona and her staff for making my daughter’s experience so special. Dr Le Bona is professional, patient and knows how to approach little kids. My daughter is so scared of any medical procedures and today she had her first filling. Everything went well. She had great experience and she kept telling at her school how not scary it was and how nice her doctor Daisy is. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. Very happy with the service. A+
Dr. Goncalves has performed several oral surgeries on me. I have had exceptional, perfect and painless outcomes. She is a very caring professional with follow-up calls on days of surgery to insure all is well. I would recommend her to everyone in need of oral surgery. I will treat with her exclusively in the future.
Everyone was super nice and explained my treatment plan very well. It was an enjoyable experience from the front desk staff to the doctors who treated me. Will be coming again.
I had a very disappointing experience. I called ahead and was told my insurance fully covered a routine cleaning, which was the only reason I made the appointment. After I drove a long distance to the clinic, they refused to perform the regular cleaning and instead pressured me to get a deep cleaning with significant out-of-pocket costs that I did not want.
