As someone who avoids the dentist at all costs & has severe dental anxiety, this place is awesome. Every employee I encountered today took great care of me. This was my first time back to a dentist in almost 2 years, and it felt like a visit to the salon - for my teeth. If I wasn’t moving soon I would go here forever, please don’t be afraid and give this place a chance! ❤️ Thank you to everyone who cared for me today, you guys are amazing!
Worst possible experience. We recently moved here from the Chicago area and were looking for a dentist's office to establish care for our family of 4. My wife made online pediatric appointments for our one year old twins 2 months in advance, and cometh the day(today was the day of the appointment), we were told that they do not see those on their system, which to us was bit of a surprise. First time patient at Great Expressions. Staff very nice, check-in process was easy. I was waited on right away and with xrays, cleaning and exam I was out of the office an in my car in about an hour!
Dr.Owais is very quick and gentle. I had to get a root canal and was terrified and I ended up not even feeling a thing. If you’re scared to come to the dentist, don’t be!
Have been trying to get a bill resolved for over a month now. They billed my insurance wrong and say I owe for a regular cleaning and fillings when I have double dental coverage. Previously they’ve billed my secondary as primary but “fixed it” in the system -I guess not? Never have I paid full price for a cleaning or filling. Called a couple weeks ago and they said my balance was clear and I was good- obviously that was just to get me off the phone because I just got another billing statement with even more on it.
