I am so sorry my daughter scheduled this appointment at this office. I use a different Great Expressions office and it is amazing. As she walked in the door she was met with a woman with short blond glaring at her. She approached the desk and before she could say her name the front desk person told her she was thirty minutes late for her appointment.
