One of the worst dental offices I've ever been to. Don't waste your time all this is is a high-end Medicaid clinic that doesn't care about anything but money. They never answer their phones and when you finally do get through to someone they have an attitude because they were "too busy". My two boys had an appointment there and due to traffic my wife was one running behind about 30 minutes. My wife tried calling several times to let them know and no one answered the phones. Receptionist was very nice, lady checking my teeth for cleaning was very nice and the dentist Dr Chung was also very nice and polite. But, the lady who took me to the back and took the x-rays, and then presented me with a quote for cleaning, she was a different story. I explained to her that at this time I only wanted the minimum cleaning that is covered by my insurance and she said We won't do that, you have to pay these 2 amounts and I asked why can't you just do what they pay and she said no , we will only do cleaning if ... read more
Left in tears, but the good kind! I desperately needed to find a pediatric dentist that wasn’t overbooked and took DentaQuest. Coming here today was a huge relief! Seriously, I can’t thank their team enough. My kids really enjoyed their visit and their teeth look great. Thank you again.
Absolutely, the most unprofessional and horrible dental experience I have ever had at a dentist! First, customer service goes a LONG way. I walked in with the full expectation that I would be getting my teeth cleaned. Called and made an appointment to in fact, get my teeth cleaned. I showed up on time for my appointment, walked in and the ladies at the front desk acted like they couldn’t be bothered.
