I had an emergency (my crown fell out of my mouth) they were able to see me immediately. Everyone was so nice. They were able to re-cement the crown and explain my options and gave me their recommendation. I am super happy! Highly recommended!
The office was clean, the staff was extremely nice, the hygienist was very nice. The dentist was awesome. Every human that I came in contact with in that office was phenomenal. I told them they came highly recommended & so far I was not disappointed.
Front desk is polite & wait time is exceptional but the Rotating dentists is why they have a 2. This place has turnovers in staff that you never see the same dentist more than 3x. They also don’t deliver on the time schedule THEY SET. What do you expect from a conglomerate establishment…
A clean environment and excellent service characterize this establishment. The front desk staff are very courteous and accommodating Especially Julie, they follow up to ensure that you do not miss your appointments. Guests are consistently greeted with a smile. Dr. Smith is outstanding, making clients feel very comfortable and taking ample time. It is one of the best dental experiences I have ever encountered. The team is exemplary.
40 years of going to the dentist And this has by far been the best experience, not only is the staff, friendly and Profesional, the dentist is by far the best I've ever seen. I've never felt so comfortable. She doesn't judge you. She has really made me feel so comfortable about fixing my teeth and taking care of my hygiene that I neglected for so many years.
