I had the worst experience at Great Expressions Dental in Yonkers, NY. I was ambushed, abused, and lied to by the office manager, Mailyn Velazquez, without provocation. I was lied to and disrespected by Dylan and Karla (Carla) at the front desk. I was also disrespected by a dental assistant named Frank. The area manager, Valerie D. said she would help me, but she protected the people who abused me. This place should be closed down based on how they treat people. It's shameful. Really bad experience with receptionist Carla. I have not seen such an attitude in medical or other professional offices. They do not treat patients like humans.
