This is ridiculous! I just called the office to confirm my appointment for a cleaning since I didn’t receive the customary reminder/confirmation call. Maria, who answered the phone, said I don’t have an appointment despite my email confirmation. She told me they don’t book appointments online. Then Maria proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t have any appointments until next year because they only have one hygienist on staff now. What a way to run a business (into the ground)! Now, I need to look for a new dentist.

Thanks Dr Kaci for another beautiful root canal and crown replacement. I don’t do well with pain and Dr Kaci is a one stop shop to get it all done. 100 stars for Great Expressions Dental Center in Westchester. I took a picture of this perfect root canal see below.

My experience with this office was brief but terrible. I made my appointment with Thalia 2 weeks prior she assured me their office took my insurance even told me the doctor specifically. I received a confirmation email and text. I arrived at my appointment and the ladies there Jesse and Carla informed me that they no longer take my insurance and that the woman who told me they do no longer works there. Typical corporate dentistry that will try to overtreat and overcharge. Do yourself a favor and find a local, established dentist who runs their own shop. I went in for a routine cleaning and instead was told I needed a "deep cleaning", which was of course not covered by insurance and required lidocaine. I would then have to come back to have some crowns replaced, so that's visit #2. Only then would I be able to get the cleaning I originally asked for, requiring visit #3. This office is amazing! Jesse and Talia are awesome! They are very kind and understanding, they really take the time to explain the treatment plan and the insurance coverage to you. Before coming here I had a very bad experience with another dental office. I am happy I found Dr Kaci and his amazing team!
