I had such an amazing time from beginning to end. Talia was the person who initially squeezed me in when they had no available appointments. The ENTIRE staff was amazing. Dr. Nayyer is soooo sweet. Having a procedure tomorrow is so unbelievable because I was just seen for the first time today. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Very nice and clean professional dental office! ❤️
This office is amazing! Jesse and Talia are awesome! They are very kind and understanding, they really take the time to explain the treatment plan and the insurance coverage to you. Before coming here I had a very bad experience with another dental office. I am happy I found Dr Kaci and his amazing team!
I was referred to this office by my doctor. This was my first time there. It was not a long process. After filing out paperwork, I was shortly called to see the doctor. He was friendly and kind to work with. However, he told me exactly what was wrong with my teeth and what I needed to do in order for my teeth to be okay. I thank him and asked him would my insurance cover me to have this procedure and he said he don’t know yet. Then I was told to inform my doctor about it. I had made an appointment for a routine cleaning and at the last minute wasn't able to make it. I thought that I would have to wait several more weeks to be able to be seen. A very nice person named Talea who answered the phone was able to find and book an appointment for me for the very next week. Her professionalism made me feel like a valued patient and customer.
I was a bit overwhelmed today before my appointment as it was my first time visiting this premises. I am super shy and very anxious. I parked on the street which had a meter parking. I was super stressed because of the time limit. I did not know there was parking available. This was my mistake! I was greated with a smile. Seen to in appropriate time.
