Always friendly and clean. Great service, but one thing is an issue the dentist should be in the office when it opens for the clients that work M-F 9-5. I had an 8am appointment but the dentist doesn't get in until 9am, which I have to go to work. I had to reschedule for the exam portion and now I have to take PTO in order to see the doctor.
I Definitely will NOT be returning. I would give this office a zero rating if I could. First, I thought I was coming in to have a cleaning only to be told that my visit would consist of a consult. Ebony, took myX ray scans, she wasn't gentle at all. Never once did she Introduce herself. I had to ask, her what was her name, and create small talk because the vibe was feeling weird. I have had several dentists since I have been a patient. The only issue I had in the past we're billing issues and the Area Manager saw to me receiving my reimbursement. The new office staff are very unprofessional and in dire need of coaching. No staff member should eat at that front desk. There is a lunchroom, use it. I should not have your lunch on my paperwork.Never discuss my Financials with other patients in the lobby. By all means speak to the dentist in a respectful manner.
The staff are very friendly, especially the nurse who taking care of me to take picture of my gums, and my dentist doctor he’s so nice I want him to take take care of me when I have my next appointment for deep cleaning of my teeth.
Very quick and not as painful as I expected. I put off dental work for far too long so I expected some pain to be involved and they did a great job at both minimizing as much pain as possible and doing a great job at cleaning my teeth.
