Always friendly and clean. Great service, but one thing is an issue the dentist should be in the office when it opens for the clients that work M-F 9-5. I had an 8am appointment but the dentist doesn't get in until 9am, which I have to go to work. I had to reschedule for the exam portion and now I have to take PTO in order to see the doctor.
I have had several dentists since I have been a patient. The only issue I had in the past we're billing issues and the Area Manager saw to me receiving my reimbursement. The new office staff are very unprofessional and in dire need of coaching. No staff member should eat at that front desk. There is a lunchroom, use it. I should not have your lunch on my paperwork.Never discuss my Financials with other patients in the lobby. By all means speak to the dentist in a respectful manner.
I Definitely will NOT be returning. I would give this office a zero rating if I could. First, I thought I was coming in to have a cleaning only to be told that my visit would consist of a consult. Ebony, took myX ray scans, she wasn't gentle at all. Never once did she Introduce herself. I had to ask, her what was her name, and create small talk because the vibe was feeling weird. Dr. Muthra has been WONDERFUL with me and my children. My journey with him has consisted of needing a crown on my front tooth, which was sooooo scary!!!! But he exceeded my expectations, he was gentle, kind and he does not stop until HE is fully satisfied and he is 100% certain YOU are fully satisfied!! This has by far been the best dental experience I've had personally. I will continue to return to him for a long as he's in business. And his staff at the front desk at check out, LOVE!!!
