I had a good experience here with the doctor. Dr. Devi is very kind and the procedures I got went smoothly. However, I wouldn’t say the same about my experience with the front desk staff. My main reason for not returning here would probably be because of the hassle in terms of getting requested documentation or anything sent over. It takes multiple phone calls in order for it to be processed, which nobody has the time for. I also had to wait for 1 hour extra from my appointment time. I give this location five stars because Dr Devi is excellent and I hope this location can keep Her happy to stay. I used to only like this location because the lady who cleaned my teeth (Rose) was amazing but this time I had Jessica and although she did things differently from Rose she was really good. This location also did a 3D IMAGE of my teeth which was state of the art technology and impressive! Very good experience. Wait time in the lobby was minimal, the doctor was in to see me shortly after the x-rays were done, she was patient, explaining the problem, the options to fix the problem and answering all my questions. The estimate of charges after insurance seemed reasonable considering the work to be done was fairly extensive.

Markeya at the front desk made me comfortable and feel at ease for my appt. The hygienist gave me the best painless cleaning ever.10/10. I find the Dr to be very easy to talk with and She doesn't mind explaining certain things. Hyg assistant was very helpful as well. Very thankful that the Smile protection plan saves me a lot of money. Definitely worth looking into.

I’ve always been super anxious about going to the dentist...to the point where I avoided it for years. But I finally decided to go to Great Expressions in December 2024 and I'm very happy that I did. I’ve had several treatments since then, including treatment of cavities and a crown and everyone at the office has been absolutely wonderful. The whole staff is so sweet, welcoming and friendly.
