Zero stars. I had an appointment at the Walled Lake location, but the receptionist called and moved it to the Wixom office because their hygienist was unavailable. My appointment was confirmed for 3 PM today. I rearranged my work schedule and paid $80 in Uber rides to get there — only to find out the appointment had been canceled. I had a good experience here with the doctor. Dr. Devi is very kind and the procedures I got went smoothly. However, I wouldn’t say the same about my experience with the front desk staff. My main reason for not returning here would probably be because of the hassle in terms of getting requested documentation or anything sent over. It takes multiple phone calls in order for it to be processed, which nobody has the time for. I also had to wait for 1 hour extra from my appointment time. Im fed up with great expressions as a company . I will no longer use them for my dental needs.. i started at walled lake they kept canceling appointments.. so they transfered me to wixom and now i keep having same issues and the receptionist ask if i want to transfer to novi thats an hour drive wixom was already 35 40 minutes away.. they confirmed the appointment then called to cancel the day before.. i already rescheduled 3 times to get canceled. Terrible service

Very good experience. Wait time in the lobby was minimal, the doctor was in to see me shortly after the x-rays were done, she was patient, explaining the problem, the options to fix the problem and answering all my questions. The estimate of charges after insurance seemed reasonable considering the work to be done was fairly extensive.

I give this location five stars because Dr Devi is excellent and I hope this location can keep Her happy to stay. I used to only like this location because the lady who cleaned my teeth (Rose) was amazing but this time I had Jessica and although she did things differently from Rose she was really good. This location also did a 3D IMAGE of my teeth which was state of the art technology and impressive!
