I’ve always been super anxious about going to the dentist...to the point where I avoided it for years. But I finally decided to go to Great Expressions in December 2024 and I'm very happy that I did. I had a good experience here with the doctor. Dr. Devi is very kind and the procedures I got went smoothly. However, I wouldn’t say the same about my experience with the front desk staff. My main reason for not returning here would probably be because of the hassle in terms of getting requested documentation or anything sent over. It takes multiple phone calls in order for it to be processed, which nobody has the time for. I also had to wait for 1 hour extra from my appointment time. By far the best dental experience I have had. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Will continue to come back and will be recommending them to anyone I know.
I absolutely loved Dr. Devi, she was so caring and patient. She took the time to explain things. Honestly I would follow Dr. Devi if she went to a different practice. The hygienist and the assistant were friendly and did a good job as well. However, I feel the practice would be more successful with different front office staff. They aren’t very timely when you ask them to send C-rays despite the office using digital x-rays and they aren’t very friendly.
