Very satisfied with the New Hygienist. She did an exceptional job with my cleaning, very informative and pleasant. I will definitely be back for my next check up. Also love Dr Rao and her knowledge with my dental health. She did so much work on my teeth and now I have the perfect smile because of her! Lastly, Jasmine, the front desk associate has also made my experience amazing. Thank you to the entire team at Great Expressions of Woodbridge for the care you have provided me for 8 years now!
Amazing experience! The new hygienist did such a great job with my cleaning. I usually get tremendous anxiety in the chair but she put me at ease. I felt so comfortable! Will definitely be back for my 6 month check up!
How is this place still open for business? I have been trying to make an urgent appointment for my mother for over two weeks and no one would pick or return my voice messages. I finally got though and all they say was "you got to call back after Monday because our computer is down". Ridiculous! In calendar year 2024 me and my spouse tried to make appointments and for the full year it was not possible to get these people to get their act together. The staff were nice, although I’d appreciate if the the doctors would come in for more than just 5mins for my visit. We pay all this money just to get seen for 5mins is not okay. I’d like to feel as if my doctor is thoroughly understanding and examining me.
Best expirence I’ve ever had at a dentist office. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Dr. Lao and Adrianna are very nice and did amazing work. Every time I’ve called they always answer the phone, and the front desk staff is so nice. Definitely recommend!
