After a few months of service, I can NOT recommend this dental practice. Everyone on the surface is professional and friendly, but... I initially came in for routine cleaning after I lost my dentist due to them dropping my medicare insurance. I was told I needed "deep cleaning" to which I asked if I could just get routine cleaning. Ortho: very friendly and professional staff and orthodontists. However, I had a transpalatal arch that, once removed at the end of my treatment, left large gaps between my molars on both sides. I moved states soon after they cleared me to have braces removed so I did not have the ability to address this issue with them. Now, food constantly gets stuck in these gaps and will have to be addressed in the future with repeat treatment. The people there are very kind and made me feel very welcome. Unfortunately I wasn't able to afford getting any work done but I was very thankful for the opportunity to get my teeth checked.
I went in as a new patient. Service provided was excellent. But, at the end of the appointment I chose not to get any extra non evasive work done. Upon me telling this to the dental assistant suddenly at 2:00 pm in the afternoon there was no one available to give me a teeth cleaning and I would have to reschedule the cleaning. I find it hard to believe that there was no one qualified or available to give me a cleaning before 5:00 pm.
