I had a tooth emergency and called Great Expressions Dental Centers on Wycliff. From the first phone call, the customer service was amazing very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the office staff was just as welcoming and efficient. They got me in quickly, and in less than an hour, I was on my way home feeling so much better. The doctor and assistant were incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. The entire process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!
Ortho: very friendly and professional staff and orthodontists. However, I had a transpalatal arch that, once removed at the end of my treatment, left large gaps between my molars on both sides. I moved states soon after they cleared me to have braces removed so I did not have the ability to address this issue with them. Now, food constantly gets stuck in these gaps and will have to be addressed in the future with repeat treatment. I went in as a new patient. Service provided was excellent. But, at the end of the appointment I chose not to get any extra non evasive work done. Upon me telling this to the dental assistant suddenly at 2:00 pm in the afternoon there was no one available to give me a teeth cleaning and I would have to reschedule the cleaning. I find it hard to believe that there was no one qualified or available to give me a cleaning before 5:00 pm.
Avoid. Went in for a cleaning which didn’t actually happen. They had some unqualified guy looking at my teeth before I even saw a dentist or hygienist. What was he, the marketing guy? He said I needed to do $400 of work not covered by insurance before I was able to get a cleaning. When I said no, I got billed for the X-rays they did when I specifically asked them to obtain from my prior dentist office. They didn’t respond to a BBB complaint, and they’re horrible.
