I just moved to the area and have been searching for a local dentist. Well, I found her! Dr. Patel and her dental hygienist and assistant were amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. The receptionist Sandra, however, seemed distracted and not very attentive. The ENTIRE staff--front desk, assistants, Dr Patel are all GUILTY of being totally AWESOME!! My long time dentist retired years ago and I've been looking for the level of service and care I experienced today!
The whole experience felt like a timeshare pitch. I came in for a biannual cleaning, which my insurance covers 100%, but instead spent over an hour on assessments and recommendations for additional treatments — without receiving the cleaning. At the end of the assessment, before I ever received the actual cleaning, I was presented with an estimate where the cleaning was suddenly listed with an additional $160 charge. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but whenever I come here the staff and experts are always so hospitable and comforting throughout the process. I'm grateful to have found a dentist office that I can trust and who cares to make me the patient feel more comfortable helping to ease my mind!
