Do not ever go to this business. I completed all documentation online and signed up for the 4:30 appointment slot. When I showed up to my appointment at 4:15, the man at the front desk said, “We don’t do 4:30 appointments.” I asked why it allowed for me to sign up for one. He said it was mistake. I asked if they could squeeze me in, he said no because it’s after 4:15. I asked to speak to the office manager, and he said he is it. The worst place! The doctor couldn’t even recognise the issue and she instantly gave up. I just had a minor toothache, Dr Patel didn’t even try to find out why and asked me to eat painkillers. What kind of doctor does that? They are just running a money making business, they charge you for some different kind of x-rays and those are not even covered under any insurance and their doctor does not even know how to look at those. I wasted my time and money.

I left this location years ago because of the front desk staff. My location, which I loved closed down so I had to go back to this location. Still not a fan of the front desk people. I miss Oak Lawn and their amazing people. My husband and I will be looking for a new dental office. We've been with GE for years but this location just sucks.

Scheduling here is worse than the bank. They take their last appointment at 4pm. Everyone is nearly back in office nowadays, and there’s no accommodation for that. I drove from Coppell to OakLawn, Dallas, only to be told I can be seen. I understand being timely, however, adjusting it so the last patient it at least seen at 4:30 would be helpful and very much appreciated for working professionals.

After a few months of service, I can NOT recommend this dental practice. Everyone on the surface is professional and friendly, but... I initially came in for routine cleaning after I lost my dentist due to them dropping my medicare insurance. I was told I needed "deep cleaning" to which I asked if I could just get routine cleaning. After checking with my insurance company I was told by Great Expressions that everything was covered, and I would have no out of pocket.
