I just moved to the area and have been searching for a local dentist. Well, I found her! Dr. Patel and her dental hygienist and assistant were amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. The receptionist Sandra, however, seemed distracted and not very attentive. A few minutes after paying my bill and leaving, she text and called leaving messages that I was billed incorrectly and owed additional charges. My son just had his wisdom teeth pulled there - all impacted and he is a nervous patient. Dr. Asghar not only expertly removed them but did so in a manner where my son felt nothing and was relaxed. Recovery was easy due to the cadaver tissue that was used to patch up the holes. I was just there for my annual check up with Dr. Patel. She's amazing. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but whenever I come here the staff and experts are always so hospitable and comforting throughout the process. I'm grateful to have found a dentist office that I can trust and who cares to make me the patient feel more comfortable helping to ease my mind!
Staff was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, and helped me understand everything extremely well. I was very appreciative of everything they did. Dentist communicated everything on my level, front desk staff went over estimates very clearly, hygienist broke down my gum status, and the lady doing my xrays made it very quick and easy.
Wisdom teeth removal for my 16 year old daughter was the most traumatic experience she had so far in her life. IV sedation was not offered, The doctor promised that the pills she was given would make her sleep, but she had to experience the whole procedure. Barely sedated and horrified.
