ANSWER YOUR PHONESSS The staff here is all so great and kind. The actual dental service I get here is awesome. The only issue is that no one ever answers the phone. It will go straight to voicemail and then the message box is full so calling someone back is a nightmare. It’s like there is only one phone in the whole office.
I left this location years ago because of the front desk staff. My location, which I loved closed down so I had to go back to this location. Still not a fan of the front desk people. I miss Oak Lawn and their amazing people. My husband and I will be looking for a new dental office. We've been with GE for years but this location just sucks.
My experience has been phenomenal. My Hygienist Dina is the Best! She is very professional and fast. Great chair side manner ⭐️
Scheduling here is worse than the bank. They take their last appointment at 4pm. Everyone is nearly back in office nowadays, and there’s no accommodation for that. I drove from Coppell to OakLawn, Dallas, only to be told I can be seen. I understand being timely, however, adjusting it so the last patient it at least seen at 4:30 would be helpful and very much appreciated for working professionals.
After a few months of service, I can NOT recommend this dental practice. Everyone on the surface is professional and friendly, but... I initially came in for routine cleaning after I lost my dentist due to them dropping my medicare insurance. I was told I needed "deep cleaning" to which I asked if I could just get routine cleaning.
