We had a great experience with Great Lakes on our roof and gutter replacement! From our consultation with Blake to the the final check from Devin, the process was well handled. No high pressure sales, no extra charges for unexpected hiccups that came up, and good communication throughout the job. We love the results and have already recommended the company to others in need of exterior services.
Roofing team arrived early and worked til early evening on my large roof. Finished the tear off and reroof in 3 days! The charcoal, stone-coated-metal roof is amazing - looks like a new home. Was kept well informed throughout the installation process by the service manager. I highly recommend GLHR.
The project manager (sorry, don't know his name), Devin in scheduling and Mark Weinhadt in Sales were ALL very knowledgeable, courteous and kept us well informed throughout the entire process.
I had a consultation with 2 salesman for Great Lakes Home Remodeling, Nick and Jaxson. They were both polite, courteous, and easy to speak with. Jaxson went into my attic and notified me of issues I did not know before. They both seemed knowledgeable about the product they were trying to sell. After going through the demonstration, and looking at product and financing options, I decided to go with them for roof replacement. Blake was personable! Throughout the process, we had simple conversations about his fiance and his mom and sister, and about how he had a shoulder injury and him buying a new home recently. This was my initial appointment, and although he was 30 minutes late, he explained everything from the issues with my roof, showed me metal options from the trunk of his car, used his drone to gather pictures of my roof, and showed all the model colors.
