My experience was unbelievably good. Staff was professional, kind and informative. Dr Roach was calming, professional and proficient. Such a cohesive team all around. I would have never dreamt that getting a root canal could be such a great experience. I can’t thank you enough.
Dr Roach was excellent, thorough, and did a great job evaluating my issue. The staff were all very friendly! I was very impressed with the entire experience and would recommend him to everyone!
Staff comprehensive in explaining details of the procedure and follow up care. Little discomfort associated with performing the root canal. Check in swift, efficient and staff very cordial. Would highly recommend Dr Roach and his staff.
Very cordial atmosphere. Dr Roach was very thorough and professional. His assistant was very helpful in answering questions after I left the office. After his assistant contacted him that I had some questions that I felt I needed to discuss with him directly, he did call me back personally. I did accidentally get a notice that I had a balance due despite paying that day but the office very quickly was able to verify payment and correct the issue. The root canal was done by Dr Roach at the Ballas Rd. He is very good at what he does . He numb the area very very well did not feel anything. Now for the negative, the office did not send a report to my dentist office as they said they would. I got to my dentist for the filling part, and they call their office and even told them that I was there. They said that they would send right away. I had to wait around for 1 hour and still no report!!!I had to signed a waiver for them to go and do their part. Went by the Arnold offic... read more
