Told me that all my weeds were dying and didn’t see any need to repeat what was already done, I told him then don’t spray I’ll take care of it, all he wanted to do is argue with me in front of a a person that was dropping off a package, how unprofessional, all he had to do is go spot spray the weeds that weren’t dying like the dandelions, so he got all aggravated grabbed the hose and sprayed 2 things and drove off. Have used Green Envy since 2019 when we moved in. We had brand new sod on a brand new build. This is what it looks like now, 1/2 of our back yard is bare. We aerated and over seeded the first 2 years and keep up with watering all summer. When you call for support they say you need to spend more money. We have seen complete regression since signing up and they make excuses when working with support. There are sooo many options out there, trust a different company!

Todd did a great job today. He was very thorough, neat and quick. Very professional. However, we do not understand why we have been serviced again, so soon. Your company was just here several weeks ago. If we added something to our plan that is requiring that kind of service increase, then I will be giving you a call. I think we needed something that showed a schedule in writing and I don't remember receiving one, if that is the case.

I called Green envy with a problem with my lawn. It was starting to have brown circles and brown spots on it in various different locations and they determined it was a fungus and said they could spray it. They had a program where you require two applications is what they recommended and it was $90 per application and you would save nine dollars if you paid in advance. Well, stupid me I paid in advance and haven’t seen or heard from them since been trying to call and they do not return calls emailed text and also no replies.... read more

The tech camr to the door, introduced himself and asked if I had any concerns about the yard before he got started. I thought he was polite and seemed to spray the yard in a thorough manner. However, upon leaving he did not latch the gate , so my dogs did get out, but, luckily we're retrieved.
