My experience with this firm has been disappointing. Frequent communication delays and ongoing staff changes have resulted in increased billed hours. Despite a substantial financial loss, we have yet to see the desired results. I will update if circumstances improve.

It felt like I did all the work and they got to keep all the money 2.3k just to have them attend an immigration interview to which they didn't interject at any point. Learned my experience of not going to big firms for small problems...

My husband and I are very grateful to have worked with Celeste Roman on our immigration case. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She always provided detailed instructions and a list of all required documentation to ensure that we provided everything that they could possibly ask for.
