Billi is terrific! He assisted me with scheduling appointments and was extremely helpful, personable, empathetic, and informative. Talking to him truly brightened my day and made me even more excited about starting the program. He was sincere and compassionate about the program. Wish he were at Annapolis office so i could have opportunity to thank him in person. Truly a genuine asset to Greenbrook. The world needs more people like Billi! Hope I have another opportunity to interact with him again!
Wanted to take a moment to discuss my horrible experience with the Annapolis Greenbrook. Alyson and Nesma are completely unprofessional. Neither should have their job. I have been a patient at Greenbrook for Spravato therapy for a few months now, and my family member has been a patient for over a year at the same clinic, so I can confidently say Greenbrook consistently provides amazing service. The entire staff is incredibly kind, empathetic, and a pleasure to be around. Mckayala is very respectful and generous. She asks if I need anything and is attentive. Very funny and bright personality. Jatoria is very professional and sweet. She is also very empathetic and shows concern for my problems.
Dr. Chhabra is one of the nicest and most professional doctors that I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. The entire staff follows suit with their positive outlook, professionalism, and overall patient-first attitude. They're super flexible and you genuinely get the feeling that they care about you while you're a patient of theirs. If you're struggling with depression I highly suggest that you do some research and check out TMS. TMS therapy changed my life for the better and I heavily recommend this location.
