Wanted to take a moment to discuss my horrible experience with the Annapolis Greenbrook. Alyson and Nesma are completely unprofessional. Neither should have their job. I have been a patient at Greenbrook for Spravato therapy for a few months now, and my family member has been a patient for over a year at the same clinic, so I can confidently say Greenbrook consistently provides amazing service. The entire staff is incredibly kind, empathetic, and a pleasure to be around. I find myself looking forward to my weekly appointments not just because of the amazing results the Spravato has given me, but also because I want to catch up with my amazing team of caretakers that I adore dearly. Mckayala is very respectful and generous. She asks if I need anything and is attentive. Very funny and bright personality. Jatoria is very professional and sweet. She is also very empathetic and shows concern for my problems.

When you get there, the lights are off and it looks like it’s closed. When you open the front door, the lights come on. There is no one behind the big fancy receptionist’s desk, and usually I’m the only one in the waiting room. The first time I went, I thought maybe they were closed and I had the wrong date. There is a water cooler and tea bags in the waiting room, but often they are out of cups, or out of water, or the hot water doesn’t work. Dr. Chhabra is one of the nicest and most professional doctors that I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. The entire staff follows suit with their positive outlook, professionalism, and overall patient-first attitude. They're super flexible and you genuinely get the feeling that they care about you while you're a patient of theirs. If you're struggling with depression I highly suggest that you do some research and check out TMS. TMS therapy changed my life for the better and I heavily recommend this location.
