Great Experience from the Administration with Chris Kalil to Dr. Morin and his Tech staff of Samantha and Holly. All were excellent. Chris was key to getting my treatment underway. Dr. Morin is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my individual situation and made accomodations to my treatments where needed. Holly and Sam are fantastic. I am rating this office four stars, primarily due to several concerns I experienced at the outset of my treatment. Patients are ostensibly permitted to bring their phones, and staff do not have jurisdiction over that; however, they will immediately offer to put on a television show. I would strongly advise against requesting any news programming—particularly Fox—because you will promptly be informed that political content is not permitted. My experience with Greenbrook TMS has been very positive and I highly recommend them. Every person I interacted with, from the consult coordinator Chelsea, the psychiatrist Dr. David Morin, and the techs, Sam and Holly, were highly professional and had warm, caring attitudes - which to me is essential, and especially since I went to them during a very dark period of my life dealing with severe and treatment resistant depression and anxiety. My experience at Acheive was beyond my expectations. Having had TMS therapy previously elsewhere my expectations were somewhat lacking given the results and overall handling of my treatments. Any and all doubts were quickly laid to rest at the onset of my initial consultation as a result of my technician Tori. My experience today was not good. They have Brainsway deep TMS advertised and pictured on their website . They no longer have that Brainways deep TMS which is superior product. I asked for the Brainsway treatment when I made my appointment.They chose to keep the Neurostar machine which is old technology, less accurate and less effective. Very disappointed. They apparently got rid of Brainsway recently, choosing profit over superior quality care. Steer clear. I found another place that fits my needs for Brainsway deep TMS. I... read more
