Love coming in for my sessions, staff works hard to work with your schedule. Everyone is so kind and helpful. You can actually tell the staff is rooting for you to have a successful outcome from the sessions. Everyone is so welcoming here, I will definitely suggest this place to others. *update* Yes, you have permission.
I was able to complete most of the TMS program and all in all it was a good experience. McKayla, specifically, was amazing. She is genuinely there to help people and it shows. The machines/chairs pretty obviously need updating. There is palpable tension between the staff administering treatments and the doctors/management. As a mental health facility, I hope they will strive to listen and learn from the people they need most, their staff. Location was easy to find. Waiting room was clean and inviting. Short wait. Dr Stone was pleasant and comfortable to talk with, and Storm was welcoming and comforting. Looking forward to my treatment.
i did the spravato treatment here last year. i feel like with that, and therapy, ive been able to get my feet on the ground again. everyone who works in the office is very kind. 10/10!!
I have been to five sessions so far. Each person I have met at Greenbrook has been very friendly and efficient. The process is quite simple and straightforward; I have not felt any discomfort. In fact, I find that I am so comfortable that I have to fight my urge to nap--the one thing you're not allowed to do! I leave feeling clear and confident I can handle the remainder of my day.
