i did the spravato treatment here last year. i feel like with that, and therapy, ive been able to get my feet on the ground again. everyone who works in the office is very kind. 10/10!!
I have been to five sessions so far. Each person I have met at Greenbrook has been very friendly and efficient. The process is quite simple and straightforward; I have not felt any discomfort. In fact, I find that I am so comfortable that I have to fight my urge to nap--the one thing you're not allowed to do! I leave feeling clear and confident I can handle the remainder of my day.
Astonishingly kind staff, highly organized and dedicated. Very respectful of time when coming in for TMS every day with almost no wait time. The staff would always already have a machine set up for me, and have me back out in no time. It became a pleasure to come in to see the technicians and the full course of TMS gave me new life. I am endlessly grateful to Greenbrook.
The people at the clinic were very good. I was unfortunately overcharged for the procedure. I've been trying to get a refund for several months. Accounts payable has sent me two checks that have since bounced.
I was physically assaulted by the coordinator at the Dearborn location for being 18 minutes late to my appointment.
