If you have the option of going anywhere else for this therapy, do not go here. I was a patient here in Fall of 2024. The person providing the therapy and the physician were both fantastic, the billing department is horrible. I was told prior to therapy start that it would be completely covered by their staff. This was not true, but they never attempted to bill me at all until October of 2025, over a year after therapy had begun. PS - I just tried calling to change an appointment time and was routed to an answering service that made me answer a ton of personal information, then told me all they could do was take a message. So the number listed online is not directly to the office and the hours listed are also wrong. :/ Not a good experience at all so far. Unsure so far how I feel about this clinic. Place is a joke! Cancel’s appointments the day of claiming that medication’s can’t be filled last minute after people arranged and pay babysitters for appointments. Seeing as you cannot drive yourself I also had to cancel my ride there and home and my $40 is not refundable for my babysitter. You would think when dealing with the medically complex the most depressed that having your medication in stock would be their top priority, but clearly it’s not they don’t care about their patients

EDIT: The staff has changed since my last treatment course, and I can now highly recommend this location. The Bloomfield Hills location was a more enjoyable and attentive experience. Dearborn is fine, staff is frustratingly slow and disorganized at times.

I was the first patient at Northbrook.in Dearborn. The treatment worked very well. It’s been about 3 years. I was treated well by TMS administer. The Dr was less the helpful.When I went in 6 weeks after my treatment to see how I was doing. I had just lost a very good friend just 2 days before. I was sad. He didn’t care. If ever needed again, yes I will have the treatment again. Apart from the Dr. I had an excellent experience Joyce
