EDIT: The staff has changed since my last treatment course, and I can now highly recommend this location. The Bloomfield Hills location was a more enjoyable and attentive experience. Dearborn is fine, staff is frustratingly slow and disorganized at times.
I was the first patient at Northbrook.in Dearborn. The treatment worked very well. It’s been about 3 years. I was treated well by TMS administer. The Dr was less the helpful.When I went in 6 weeks after my treatment to see how I was doing. I had just lost a very good friend just 2 days before. I was sad. He didn’t care. If ever needed again, yes I will have the treatment again. Apart from the Dr. I had an excellent experience Joyce
I am so happy I found this treatment and this office (Dearborn) of talented, caring and sunny individuals. I always have such a good time when I go for my TMS treatment. It is a non painful session that I often fall asleep during, that is, if I’m not chatting the whole time with the girls. Very peaceful vibes and people who truly care about your mental health. Doctor and staff are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and informative to make you feel comfortable about your treatment.
The staff is super nice, supportive and HELPFUL! You don’t see that too much anymore… Dr. Shebak is so easy to talk to, he’s also very helpful, shows true concern. 10 out of 10, hands down!’
