Greenbrook has literally changed my life. I've been using Spravato regularly for about a year and a half now, and can't imagine life without it. From the time I needed an initial consultation, they've been a pleasure to work work. My initial case worker helped me clear things up with insurance (no easy task!) and got me scheduled to see their psychiatrist within a couple of days. I had appreciated Greenbrook handling the appeal process with my insurance in order to get coverage for Spravato. But over the weekend, I received a surprise bill for a psych evaluation when I was seeking a free consultation. For some reason, Greenbrook scheduled me with someone outside of my network. I did not agree to a psych evaluation, and I told the person that. Their billing department has not answered or returned my call this week. I believe this bill breaks the No Surprises Act as well. I've been going to Greenbrook in Ann Arbor for about a year now. I'm treated kindly by everyone there, they're always understanding, and my mental health has been steadily improving between Greenbrook and my other healthcare team. Special shout-out to Isobel for always being so sweet!
My husband has been going to this clinic for a year now, and everyone has been incredible. All the staff, both past and present, have been kind, compassionate, and attentive. Isobel and Maurica make every appointment a little easier, which makes all the difference for my husband. I can't thank them enough.
Would give zero stars if I could. My experience here was absolutely insulting. The Spravato Coordinator named Kelly G. was so bad at her job it’s almost unbelievable. She jeopardized my wellbeing as I waited for treatment, despite multiple attempts I made to try to help the situation. She deserves to lose her job.
