Located in a very nice business complex. Modern facility. Dr. Mandava is great. I’ve been getting daily and weekly treatments for several months and have had great success. I couldn’t be happier. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Definitely recommend.
So worth it! I am feeling more like myself than I have in YEARS! Everyone was so easy to work with around my work schedule. Lis is absolutely amazing to work with! I highly recommend trying this.
Liz at Greenbrook was the MVP in my journey for beating depression. Her attention to detail, empathy and consistent care made all the difference. Liz was able to keep me focused on my the positive end result. It was a nice distraction to have her talk to me every day. Kevin and Marco also made me feel very welcome and truly cared about my wellbeing. I highly recommend this facility, treatment and caregivers. This has been a life changing experience for me and my only regret is that I did not take the step for TMS sooner.
I should have left this review months ago! Dr Mandava is providing an amazing treatment program at Greenbrook! Spravato is a game changer! I am 13 months into my Spravato treatment and this medicine has changed my life. The glutamate in ketamine has reignited my synapses and I can, with 100% certainty, say that I am not depressed anymore! Do I get sad? Yes. Do I get down and out? Yes. However, I don’t have the self defeating thought patterns I once had!
Overall this location gives good service, but I have had scheduling issues over the last 6-8 months that are pretty inconvenient. Either regular appointments were not scheduled, or recently, my medicine was not ordered and my appointment was cancelled 45 mins before the scheduled time. These issues have all been staff accidents, but each time it resulted in my appointment being canceled last minute, and an inconvenience to me and my ride.
