I truly look forward to my weekly Spravato treatments at Greenbrook in Owings Mills. The care team consistently creates a safe, calm, and welcoming environment that makes it easier to focus on healing. The staff at Greenbrook take the time to answer questions and ensure I’m comfortable throughout each session. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. This place is not quite perfect, but I still absolutely love it. I go to the Owings Mills location. It is the second clinic I have received Spravato care at and compared to the last place it is literally exceptional. I see Dr. Lauren Elliott. She genuinely listens and takes your symptoms seriously, meets you where you are and adapts to your specific case. My review is probably going to get taken down but I don't care. I will start off by saying that the staff is all VERY kind especially Ellen and Michael. However, the two months that I did TMS therapy were the worst two months of my entire life and I cannot in good conscience recommend anybody else try it at this location. Dr. Swanton looked me in the eye and told me that "our treatment doesn't make you worse" while I was being treated at 120% intensity, which is standard, but too much for my body to handle. One doc is great the other cold and very business . Some staff are warm and friendly which is needed for depressed people . Others are cold and business . Sessions are better when I brought guided meditations . Can’t do just a drug in cold sterile room . Need bathrooms and private rooms and guest if needed for support . Atmosphere needs work and staff training in client service delivery focus . Grateful at least something is helping a bit though
Every staff member at Owings Mills is extremely kind and compassionate. Treatment seems to be making a difference for me, but I know experiences vary.
