One doc is great the other cold and very business . Some staff are warm and friendly which is needed for depressed people . Others are cold and business . Sessions are better when I brought guided meditations . Can’t do just a drug in cold sterile room . Need bathrooms and private rooms and guest if needed for support . Atmosphere needs work and staff training in client service delivery focus . Grateful at least something is helping a bit though
I've been getting tms treatment for Depression and this particular location out Pikesville Maryland has been such a blessing. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. They are always very accommodating to my time schedule and really make me feel welcome everytime I come for treatment. I would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for another way to help overcome depression. This was the best decision I've ever made.
I was there twenty minutes early. Thirty minutes after my appointment time when I was about to leave they said they could set up the treatment room. If I was fifteen minutes late they would force me to reschedule. They didn’t even tell me that they were running late.
Had my initial consultation was assured that I would be scheduled for mapping as soon as they had my prior authorization. It has been over a week three phone calls to voicemail and not a return phone call. I went to Greenbrook because I am depressed and was hoping for relief. No such luck.
Thus far I’ve been disappointed with the responsiveness, or lack there of. I was screened, had an appointment with the doctor and was told I should hear back from them most likely within 48 hours after they contacted my insurance company to see if TMS is covered. I was told that I should be able to make my first appointment the following week. It’s going on 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a thing.
