I have been coming here for about a month now for TMS and every appointment has been a pleasure. You can tell that this is a place where the staff genuinely cares about your progress and results. In a short amount of time I have experienced such amazing improvement that I hadn’t been able to achieve through years of mental health treatment. I just spoke with Janelle Campbell and she was very easy to talk to. She explained everything, and answered all of my questions. The whole time she was smiling. I used to be a customer service manager, and I would've been lucky to have her work for me. A++++

Just finished my final treatment, and, after having limited success with any other treatments, my mood is much improved. Special thanks to Bria, who was always reliable, friendly and helpful, Dr. Elliott, and Jill, who I only met a few times, but was great. They all deserve the highest commendations. Would recommend this office to anyone in need.

Bria at the front desk is amazing at the Greenbrook Towson East location. She made each and every visit easy. She is friendly, Knowledgeable and welcoming.

Absolutely horrible place. Do not go unless there are no other TMS centers. I didn't think I owed anything and then two years later I get this high bill and they insist I giventhem my credit card information. If you do go, ask them for a weekly bill and argue if they don't give you one.
