I have had sprovado treatments in Rockville for over 2 years then I moved to the Frederick office. The difference in the environment was striking and in a therapeutic environment I can say that my treatment experience was far less effective. Sitting in a room for 2 hours was made to feel comfortable in many ways which directly impacted my treatment. Frederick was not good for that. Nor did the lead doctor seem to care about her patient. Caring providers and comforting office. Had a few bumps but when made aware the staff worked hard to correct and get me taken care of. That's all you can ask for and too often not done by providers. Recommend highly! Also Thanks Kimmie!

This does not reflect on the Frederick, Md. office. Frank (intake specialist) and Dr. Sussal are to blame in this situation. Absolutely nightmare of an intake process. I had an phone call consult appointment at 1:30pm with Dr. Sussal. At 9:30am they call me to change my appointment to 2:30pm, no problem. They try to call me around 11am to change my appointment again to 2pm, but I was away from my phone, but they changed the appointment anyway. Dr. Sussal called me for the 2pm appointment at 1:40pm. This place is wonderful. From the people who work there to the treatment. I highly recommend TMS - and if you live in or near Frederick - this is the place to go.
