The people here are very nice and genuinely caring but Greenbrook corporate billing is now my source of my anxiety and depression and going every week just revisits the stress. I thought Spravato did make a positive difference but billing incorrectly collected my copays for the several months of treatment, leaving me troubleshooting a very large balance with Cigna, my HR, their billing department, and the local team for 3 months now with little resolution. Greenbook Columbia is a safe space and a sanctuary, and every single one of the staff will make you feel so comfortable and welcome from the first time you walk in the door. I have been receiving Spravato treatments from Greenbrook Columbia for about a year and a half now and have nothing but wonderful things to say. They have expanded to have all private cozy rooms for treatments. Dr. Borst is not only an excellent doctor but a lovely person as well. Technician Kaitlyn has been working with me since I started and has helped me navigate treatment through some challenging events in my life. I know I will always be taken care of at Greenbrook and recommend them to others without hesitation.
Dr. Borst is the best! She is very warm and friendly. She truly listens to you and is very knowledgeable. The support staff is phenomenal! Devin, Kaitlyn, & Kelly are fantastic and provide whatever you need. I truly highly recommend Greenbrook in Columbia, MD!
The staff here are excellent: Kind, calm, level headed -- all the characteristics you'd want for a clinic like this. Highly recommend!!!!
