The people here are very nice and genuinely caring but Greenbrook corporate billing is now my source of my anxiety and depression and going every week just revisits the stress. I thought Spravato did make a positive difference but billing incorrectly collected my copays for the several months of treatment, leaving me troubleshooting a very large balance with Cigna, my HR, their billing department, and the local team for 3 months now with little resolution.
