Greenbrook is amazing! I wasn’t sure about TMS therapy at first, but it has been life altering. I’ve dealt with Major Depressive Disorder for at least 10 years, and some form of depression since 2001. I’ve been on antidepressant medication and taken CBT therapy for 10 years continuously, with bouts of CBT therapy & behavioral medication sprinkled in here and there throughout the years. wonderful place. ketamine spravato treatment is excellent. a life saver. rooms are calm and comfy chairs. they take good care of you even going so far as helping me make sure to not call my ex while i'm loopy. nice staff who care. great customer service and bedside manner. they have a program that keeps the treatment affordable for a year. the only thing that's tough is the accessibility by public transport. gotta walk alongside and cross a busy highway w no crosswalk to get to the bus stop. also tough to get treatment that'... read more
This place is phenomenal! They all have a very caring attitude and do their best to accommodate the patient's needs. Lindzey, Mack and Sarah, are all top notch! I cannot say enough good things about them. Lindzey was my tech. She made each Therapy session enjoyable by engaging in conversation. Mack was Quarterbacking the front desk at the time. Let me say the treatment itself is 5 stars, hands down! This would've been my third round, but something apparently got dropped for my consult; I waited on the call for 41 minutes (also called and left a message after 15 min), and never received any form of contact to let me know what was happening. Thank you to Meghan for making an effort to help, but they can't reschedule a video consult (they missed) closer than a month out- after which time, my treatment may run into travel conflicts, so I will have to postpone. :c
