I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers. I had a scheduled telehealth appointment with Laura Montgomery that never took place, and I received absolutely no communication, no text, call, or email explaining that the appointment was canceled. When I finally reached out, a staff member at the Sarasota office informed me that they are no longer focusing on medication management and are prioritizing TMS treatment instead. This is my happy place! TMS is really helping my depression. Dr Lirio, Teisha and Ally are FANTASTIC! - kind, caring and personable. The clinic is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend GreenBrook Mental Wellness on Cattlemen Road.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Literally three months of hell Mostly Megan was the issue behind everything that happened. They should get rid of her immediately. Their motto as we make it really easy and simple to start feeling better while they dragged this out for three months and made that the worst three months of my life without having to deal with her. Greenbrook Mental Wellness Center staff (in Sarasota) are the best. Ally made it a personal quest to make sure that I was getting the best outcome I could possibly receive. There were some times when “life started getting lifey” in which Ally calmed me down and helped to change my perspective. Ally gave me support and motivation when I had none. I could not thank her enough She is the best! TMS helped me with my depression but without Ally, I would not be making the strides I am now. Thank you Greenbrook Sarasota!
The treatments I received at the Greenbrook TMS office in Sarasota have been life-changing for me. Tiesha was a godsend with her positivity and compassion, and the rest of the staff there were so kind and accommodating. Today was my last treatment, and I am officially in remission!!! I highly recommend TMS, especially if you have tried multiple medications without lasting success. It was worth the time commitment to see results like this❤️Thank you ladies!!!
