The nurses and people who administer the medication are nice. Unfortunately that is the only positive aspect of this place. I asked 3 times if someone could please contact me regarding the status of my treatment (at least twice via my patient forms, and again on a voicemail message.) Each time my requests were ignored. I decided to stop my treatment altogether. I won’t be giving this place another dime.
The team here is absolutely amazing! From the new hires up to the doctors. Dr. Spector is an intelligent, down to earth kind of guy. You don't see that too often with drs. It's definitely worth the drive every time!!
Scheduling is done outside the office, I was given incorrect information for my sessions on Friday from the scheduler when no Spravato sessions were even being done. I rearranged my whole schedule and had my husband drive me then pick me right up because the sessions were in the afternoon not the morning like I was told. Not going back to the office, found someone new in CT
Great experience. I highly recommend. Respectful and friendly staff.
