Environment is always immaculate. 100% always on time. Doctor is always friendly and interested. Techs are amazing. I primarily see Chelsea, Jeanette, and sometimes, Mariana. Everyone is friendly, professional, and pleasant. They are ultra competent and concerned with all details. I feel I’m getting the best possible attention and treatment quality. There are no negatives.
Janette is amazing! She is caring and makes sure you are comfortable. She explains the process of TMS clearly. I am at ease when I'm with her.
My appointment was for 930 am..I'm still sitting here at 10:10. No one has greeted me or spoken to me. I'm leaving..very disappointed!
