I was skeptical at first and after the first two sessions. I was afraid it would inflict pain and perhaps ruin my brain. The pain was minor and manageable, tapping on the skull every twenty seconds. I’ve been here for a sound bath and meditation, and it was an incredible experience. Dr. Askari and Souna were amazing. so welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. The environment was peaceful, calming, and perfectly set up to help you relax and fully disconnect from stress. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and recharged. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a meaningful and restorative experience!
