I feel very fortunate that I was able to have TMS as a treatment option. I was able to be seen for "extended" therapy. I am using traditional therapy, medication, (used) EMDR and other methods for changes. The aforementioned has improved, but I felt as if it was my final chance to really see changes within myself. I had a healthy level of skepticism before starting TMS. In the first couple weeks I noticed my sleep quality had improved. My brains ability to transition from being asleep to being awake has become very quick and easy. My brain has always struggled to “shift gears” in the morning and at night but TMS has made a noticeable improvement. I have almost quit coffee and caffeine. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

TMS helped me so much with my anxiety and depression that even other people noticed a positive difference! Also, Teresa and Molly are phenomenal! I went for 36 treatments for 17 minutes each, but the time passed easily with Teresa's great company. She should be a therapist for what she does. But, if you want to just listen to music or read or play games on your phone, you can do that as well. The chair is comfy, the room is bright with windows, and everything you need is provided.
