I’m a little over halfway through my TMS treatment and Greenbrook TMS (Fairfax, VA) has been absolutely fantastic. Dr. Williams explained everything very clearly and made me comfortable with the process. Brianna has been AWESOME throughout the process! She has been there every step of the way with a smile on her face! Very communicative, accommodating and delightful! The team has not only made a difficult experience easier for me, but also for my family!
This has been the most stressful and disorganized attempt I have ever experienced trying to access mental health treatment. The coordinators appear to have little to no understanding of their individual clinic locations. Despite repeatedly requesting to be scheduled at the Fairfax location due to distance and scheduling constraints, all of my paperwork and insurance authorization were completed for Fredericksburg, fully knowing I could not make appointments there. I have nothing but immense gratitude for the patient and kind staff at Greenbrook Fairfax. I’m feeling better and feeling my lifelong treatment resistant depression lift, which felt impossible only 2 months ago. I have a shot at making my life my own again.
Don’t listen to the old 1 star reviews, that doctor is gone and there’s a new team here. Everyone is super sweet and pays attention to your body language well- Diamond and Brianna are really awesome and both of them have cared about making sure I’m as comfortable as possible during my TMS treatments.
The team at Greenbrook TMS in Fairfax is truly incredible. From day one, they made me feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. Every staff member was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. They took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and always greeted me with a smile.
