Incredible group of people. I am so glad I decided to seek help here for treatment-resistant depression. The staff is kind, attentive, and accommodating. The Spravato case manager helped me resolve an issue with my (impossible) pharmacy to ensure my meds arrived on time for treatment. Impressive work by the team of technicians at the Reston office, Denaij, Diamond, Kim and Dani. Technically solid and they work closely with the patient to ensure effectiveness of therapy. Coordinate with patient regularly to confirm and change calendar as needed. Most important is the team’s ongoing discussions with the patient during the several weeks of therapy to obtain feedback from patient on progress during this process. I had my first appointment with Dr. William at 1 PM in Reston location and arrived on time. Despite having already filled out the necessary forms online and again with a staff member during my initial visit, I was asked to complete them once more. Then, my doctor didn’t show up until 1:30 PM. I had another appointment with a different doctor at 2:30 PM, so I couldn’t wait indefinitely.
