This place is life altering. Greenbrook TMS has turned this skeptic into a believer. The only thing I can’t believe is that I didn’t try it sooner. As if I wasn’t blown away by efficiency of the treatment itself, the staff, Nickie, Adrian, and Tadj, are truly exceptional. They are most personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff you could ask for. They understand that committing to treatment 5 days a week for x amount of weeks is a just that, a commitment. This treatment literally is a life saver for me. I highly recommend it. The first few weeks were rough as far as emotions, but I completed the therapy and have no suicidal thoughts and was off antidepressants for over 2 years ( been on them for 20 years). I did start another round 3 years later. The two hour drive for each appointment is worth it.
The staff was friendly but I received no benefit whatsoever from the treatment. Even with insurance, I'm still paying for it over a year later because they claim it to be "co-insurance". Should have saved my money. Now I'm still miserable and on a payment plan that I can't afford.
i love this place! i recommend it to anyone i can it has truly helped me. putting the success of the treatment aside, delia is freaking amazing! i love her so much she makes my day start right with great advice. all the staff have been so kind and supportive throughout my journey with them. i really appreciate them and this treatment! love it here
