First things first, this is not a review of their treatment. This is a review of their selling tactics. I contacted Greenbrook and was sent a whole bunch of forms to fill out. Fine. Greenbrook has been an oasis of help and support. The therapies have been useful in treating multiple mental health disorders and we are very grateful. It’s a very welcoming, calm environment but it’s the people who make a big impact. You are treated with respect, kindness and care. Medical protocols are carefully followed. I'm relatively new to the area but had previously received TMS for chronic, drug resistant depression and anxiety. We came across Greenbrook when looking for local providers after moving here in spring of 2022. I wanted to write a more current review to accurately reflect the treatment I am receiving now (not years ago, like previous reviews) at Greenbrook TMS in Tyson’s. First of all, I agree with another recent review that ratings should reflect the care received at the treatment center and not anyone’s personal responses to specific medications. I would not recommend this at all. The staff only cares when you tell them you want to quit. They never ask how your progress is doing unless you bring it up yourself. I only saw the doctor three times during the six weeks. All in all this didn’t work for me. My depression has returned and I am having more anxiety than before. Be warned they talk up this treatment when you come in for your first meeting. If you have any problems during the treatment it’s on you.
