Hello, I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Orr and his team at Greenbrook Mental Wellness. I recently completed my TMS Therapy sessions. I have been battling depression for a long time. After many doctor visits and different types of therapies one of my doctors recommended TMS Therapy. I met with Greenbrook Mental Wellness and completed 36 TMS Sessions. The TMS part is wonderful! The Billing part won’t answer the phone, the call back is a window of 72 hours. I need an explanation on the billing reasoning for my son’s treatment. The TMS people want to help me but, they can’t. It’s been weeks!!!
They put me in the care of a contracted doctor who was in the middle of retiring. In the original intake discussion, I was assured there would be a new doctor taking over my case. They did not have a new doctor lined up. When I asked if they had an estimate of when a new doctor would be there, they couldn't give me one. The real issue is that when I requested them to fill out a single form in order to take time off work for the treatment, they were incredibly, horribly unhelpful. They are always friendly, prepared, and also willing to change treatment times/dates for emergencies. The treatment itself has changed my life.
I can’t speak to my results from TMS yet because I’m not even halfway through my treatments. However, I wanted to post a review because the reviews on Google are not great and I don’t want them to discourage someone from coming to Greenbrook. I have had an amazing experience so far with all of the staff. The doctor I met with is Dr. Sauve and he is extremely knowledgeable and kind.
