Hello, I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Orr and his team at Greenbrook Mental Wellness. I recently completed my TMS Therapy sessions. I have been battling depression for a long time. After many doctor visits and different types of therapies one of my doctors recommended TMS Therapy. I met with Greenbrook Mental Wellness and completed 36 TMS Sessions. Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers has literally saved my life. If you are struggling with chronic depression that isn’t getting better with medications and therapy, run don’t walk to Greenbrook Mental Wellness Center. The staff is kind, gentle, and skilled in TMS treatment. The TMS treatment is non-invasive and I fits into my normal life easily. The treatment works and I am living without major depression for the first time in years.
The TMS part is wonderful! The Billing part won’t answer the phone, the call back is a window of 72 hours. I need an explanation on the billing reasoning for my son’s treatment. The TMS people want to help me but, they can’t. It’s been weeks!!!
I had a consultation at the beginning of July, I really needed help and thought this place would be the key, considering it offered two alternative mental health treatments I hadn’t had the chance to try yet. After my consult I was told to get full psych evaluation done and come back with the results so I could get on the Ketamine waitlist. The employees are so caring, compassionate, and genuinely care about the well being of their patients. From the first phone call, to the assessment process, and seeing the Doctor, they validated and listened to my concerns, and even was able to move me up the waitlist by 1 month.
