I was unhappy with my care coordinators (Mitch and Tiffany), because they weren’t getting what I needed done and weren’t updating me along the way, so I asked to get someone different before I jumped ship from Greenbrook all-together. I was transferred to Billi and he has been an angel sent from heaven. He’s fought and advocated for me against my insurance and spent hours on hold with them. Greenbrook and their staff changed my life! I felt hopeless in my depression before I discovered this facility. The TMS therapy has done wonders for my mental health. Dr. Crawford is very kind and knowledgeable. Unique and Linda are very friendly and compassionate! I look forward to going to my therapy sessions! 10/10 recommend.
This has been the most stressful and disorganized attempt I have ever experienced trying to access mental health treatment. The coordinators appear to have little to no understanding of their individual clinic locations. Despite repeatedly requesting to be scheduled at the Fairfax location due to distance and scheduling constraints, all of my paperwork and insurance authorization were completed for Fredericksburg, fully knowing I could not make appointments there. Wow is all i can say about these ladies that work at this Greenbrook office in Fredericksburg. Unique and Linda are so compassionate, loving and caring. They always have smiles on their faces and ready to help. I personally have never felt so comfortable with medical staff as I do with them. Thank you so much for hiring these amazing women.
Ill start by saying that if I could rate aspects individually, I would give the Spravato treatment itself 5 stars, and probably 4 stars to Dr.Crawford. I found him warm, caring and attentive. Unfortunately his supporting staff leaves quite a bit to be desired. Interoffice communication, organization, and patient coordination severely impact the experience and the service that they are trying to offer.
