Shelly is a fantastic TMS technician!! She is not just that… she cares a great deal about her patients! She has gone the extra mile for me when I needed her help. She is most concerned and compassionate and uses her expertise to make the treatments better and has helped me when I needed a consult with a professional. It is rare to find an individual that specializes in!
The Spravato treatments I get here are amazing and they keep you wonderfully comfortable during treatment. Low light, comfy cushy chairs, blankets and lollipops (Spravato tastes terrible). Doctor Wu is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to neuroscience and keeps up with all the latest discoveries and breakthroughs, along with her team, a shout out to Maggie, they do a phenomenal job making my treatments go super smooth. I've had TMS before but this experience has been the smoothest and most supportive, all thanks to Shelley. She's incredibly good at what she does: professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented. She sets everything up so well that I always feel at ease and in good hands.
I have had the best experience at Greenbrook. Shelley, my treatment technician is amazing, very knowledgeable, & your biggest supporter, I will you the most! Today is my last treatment with Dr Cress, not because my journey is complete but because Dr Cress is moving out of state. She literally changed my life with my treatments and her guidance and support, the dark storm that suppressed my life has cleared and I walk in sunshine. I am deeply saddened that she will no longer be my attending physician, however, I am honored to have been her patient.
