TMS and Spravato have greatly increased my quality of life. Not only the therapy itself…..but the staff who administer the treatment. Carissa and Riley are outstanding techs who go above and beyond. I don’t think the treatment would have been as effective if not for the exceptional techs…Riley and Carissa. Dr Silvertooth is exceptional as well. And Lola who helped get the insurance approval was wonderful.
Total waste of time and money. They screwed up my insurance and now I have a huge bill to instead of installments. Still haven’t gotten it fixed. I’ve tried a million times to speak to a doctor and they will not allow me too. Yes, believe or not, someone during a serious medical treatment would actually like to consult with a dr on how the process is going, ya think?! This treatment is beyond expectations in my healing !! I was impressed with the reported results in remission of depression. I never envisioned the tremendous difference this treatment would make in my life !! I wake up happy about my life and my future! DO NOT FILL OUT THEIR FORM or provide your phone number. They will call you EVERY SINGLE DAY INDEFINITELY, leaving sketchy voicemails from different people each time. The voicemails sound disingenuous and surprisingly difficult to understand because they’re talking so fast and quietly. It’s like each caller has an enormous list to call each day and you are just another name to cross off their list. They don’t care about you. Don’t waste your time with Greenbrook.
