Total waste of time and money. They screwed up my insurance and now I have a huge bill to instead of installments. Still haven’t gotten it fixed. I’ve tried a million times to speak to a doctor and they will not allow me too. Yes, believe or not, someone during a serious medical treatment would actually like to consult with a dr on how the process is going, ya think?! DO NOT FILL OUT THEIR FORM or provide your phone number. They will call you EVERY SINGLE DAY INDEFINITELY, leaving sketchy voicemails from different people each time. The voicemails sound disingenuous and surprisingly difficult to understand because they’re talking so fast and quietly. It’s like each caller has an enormous list to call each day and you are just another name to cross off their list. They don’t care about you. Don’t waste your time with Greenbrook.
This treatment is beyond expectations in my healing !! I was impressed with the reported results in remission of depression. I started TMS with very low expectations and left with a life changing experience. Greenbrook took me from a very unhealthy mentality, to actually being able to live my life.
