Dr. Roberts is phenomenal…warm, undoubtedly an expert in this field, and compassionate. He is rare in that he takes the time to listen, never rushes, and ensures all questions are answered with care and clarity. The Houston Memorial team is the gold standard. This team has seen me through highs and lows and I couldn't be more grateful for them! The Memorial team members really work hard so I feel like a person, not a number or an obligation. Dr. Roberts is attentive and really works with me on my care, and I will never get over the staff!!! Shout out to Alexis, Lea Ann, and Gabby!
I absolutely LOVE the staff here. Dr. Roberts keeps up with everything going on with his patients and Leanne and gabby are so sweet. They really show they care about their patients and I’m so glad I come to this location for my treatment. I’ve been on this regimen for a while now and my depression is completely under control.
I bring a family member here, and it’s a great facility operated by an incredibly kind and diligent team. The staff is always supportive and friendly, plus they go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable and informative time at the clinic!
I had a tragedy in my family two days ago. Was calling to explain my situation, I would need to cancel my next days app. The front office person though polite, didn't show, offer any compassion. It was we don't even show you scheduled..I will let them know. No "we'll reschedule when your able". I have been coming there for months. Dr Cecil has always shown me kindness,concern.
