For me, TMS has been and continues to be a transformative treatment modality. I've only ever worked with this clinic, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. The insurance preauthorizations can (and often do) take a while to go through--and there may be some bureaucratic hurdles involved--but it seems like this has very little, if anything, to do with the clinic. Thank you, Greenbrook.

Be cautious of this TMS provider; their intake paperwork requires you to sign away a large portion of your rights. They require patients to sign an arbitration agreement in lieu of normal legal proceedings, if something goes wrong. Starting off a medical relationship with such an aggressive, mistrustful posture, while totally legal, is really wrong and this office should be met with suspicion. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION, I receive a call 4 times a week, sometimes two back to back. Spamming me with trying to set an appointment, the worst part, I’ve answered calls & you hear breathing followed by an immediate hang up. It is insane.
